I want to require a refund. What would I do?

Even though we really want to solve these kind of problems, there is nothing we can do to interrupt this process. Since we don't authorize the payment process we cannot do anything about a refund.
In these cases you need to contact the platfrom you made the purhcase through. We cannot reach any personal account or we cannot ask for any personal informations about you and your bank accounts.
For these reasons above, we cannot interrupt or interfere any payment process. You can only solve this problem with the platform you are connected to.
If you meet the Google Play or Apple policies about a refund, this process can only be made by theirselves. Lethe Studios employees cannot refund you anything in any way.
