Delivery of orders is mostly immediate, but sometimes it may take some time. If there is a delay, your order might be still in the process of being processed. You do not need to try to get the same package again. Reaches you soon!

Membership does not appear?
If your paid membership doesn't appear in the game, try the following steps to resolve the issue:
Make sure you're signed in to your app store (e.g. Google Play, iOS AppStore) with the same account you used to make the purchase.
Sign out of the account and sign in with the account you used to make the purchase.
Wait for up to 24 hours because membership renewals can sometimes be delayed for unknown reasons.
If these steps don't resolve the issue, take a screenshot of your subscription purchase invoice and send it to us.
