I've received a bill for a purchase I didn't make. What should I do if I suspect mistaken activity?

If you or your child did not play one of our games and you suspect that there is a mistaken process, you should directly contact with the systems service which they are Apple (for iOS) and Google (for Android).
Apple (iOS) Devices:
Visit Apple Support. First click the "iTunes Store Support" and then "Account and Billing" links and choose the right link which fits to you.
Google (Android) Devices:
Visit Google Support. By using "Contact Us" button, you should contact with the customer service by a phone call or email.
If you had contact with Apple or Google about the situation and if it has been told to contact with us again please reach us through email@example.com adress. Do not forget to add the papers about the billing and the mistaken situations.
