This issue occurs when the Android 10 users delete and re-download the game. This is one really strange issue. We think that may be an issue within the Android. We are working for a solution and we'll take precautions. We'll keep working to solve this issue.

For now, what you need to do is not deleting the game and updating the game by clicking Update when the new patch arrives. This is solve the issue temporarily. Remember that this issue only occurs when you delete the game. 

It's not very healthy, but you can find the old version from the internet and download it. After than you can then fix the problem by click update button from Google Play.
